What kind of events do you cater?
We cater a multitude of events including corporate, home, church,
wedding, memorial, and christening. We also take orders for food
to be picked up at our retail shop on Celanese Road.
Do you bake your own desserts?
Yes, we are known for our rich and delicious desserts baked on the
premises. We make our own pie crust, cookies, brownies, etc. Nothing
is from a mix and we do not use inferior ingredients.
Can I just order one cake or one
pie or one brownie?
Yes.
Can I pick up the food for the
entire party from your shop?
Yes, call ahead and order your food and we will have it ready for
you either on our platters or on disposable. We request 48 hour
notice but we’ve been known to do it with less.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover
Card.
Do I need to pay a deposit for my
wedding reception?
Yes, we take a $250.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
Do I sign a contract for my wedding
reception?
Yes, we prepare a contract which covers what will be provided by
us and what duties we perform on site. It also gives payment dates
and deadlines for final numbers.
How do I know how many to expect
at my reception?
If it is a wedding reception you can generally expect 50% and up
to 66% of the invited guests.
Who gets the leftover food?
All presented food belongs to the client. We pack the leftovers
for you to take home.
Must I pay for the wedding reception
prior to the reception?
Yes. We do not take payment on site.
Do you make wedding cakes?
Yes. Our cakes are made on the premises from scratch (not a mix).
We cover our cakes with an Italian Meringue Buttercream.
